Sample Wedding Day Timeline:

Wedding Day Rentals are 12 hours. We strongly recommend a 4:30pm ceremony time or earlier for Wedding dates November, December, January, February and March. We strongly recommend a 5:30pm ceremony time if your wedding date is in April, May, June, July, August, September or October. Additional time may be purchased for $250/hour before midnight. After midnight it is $500/hour (with the exception of New Year’s Eve which has a 1:30pm to 1:30am rental).

April-October weddings:

  • 12:00pm Venue Opens

    • Wedding Party Arrives and enters Dressing Suites. Mimosas & Coffee!

    • Vendor Access Begins for Setup. Wedding Coordinator, Cake, Florals, Rentals, Band/DJ, Photographer, Videographer, etc. may arrive.

  • 1:00pm Lunch

    • Lunch for 10 is Served in Each Suite with Beer, Wine, Sodas & Iced Water.

  • 5:00pm Guest Arrival Begins

  • 5:30pm Ceremony Begins in Park View.

  • 6:00pm Cocktail Hour Begins.

    • Guest Enjoy the Blake Street Patio and Enter into Market View for Cocktails & Passed Hors D’oeuvres. The bar is open and servers tray pass drinks as well.

    • Wedding Party Remain in Park View for Family Photos & Continue Portraits outside in City Market, Moore Square and beyond as weather allows.

  • 6:50pm Photos Complete.

    • Wedding Party line up for Introductions with Wedding Coordinator & Emcee.

    • Couple Retreat to Park View Suite for touch ups, hors d’oeuvres & a quiet moment.

  • 7:00pm Reception Begins

    • Wedding Party Introductions & First Dance

    • Welcome and/or Blessing.

    • Salad & Bread Service begins at this time.

  • 7:15pm Dinner Begins

    • Buffet Dinners for 150 or less take 35-45 minutes.

    • Plated Dinners for 150 or less take 45minutes - 1 hour.

    • Stations Dinners last 1.5-2 hours as guests are mingling throughout.

  • 8:00pm Parent Dances & Dance Floor Opens

  • 9:00pm Toasts & Cake Cutting

  • 11:00pm Grand Exit.

    • Guests will exit.

    • Wedding Party will retrieve their personal items from the suites.

    • Vendors will breakdown.

    • Market Hall staff will clean.

  • 12:00am Venue Closes

November to March weddings:

  • 11:00am Venue Opens
